In episode #037, Sarah Clark shares her personal story of chronic illness, as well as her expertise in the functional approach to miscarriage (including recurring miscarriage and multiple miscarriages) and infertility. At age 28, Sarah was diagnosed with Premature Ovarian Failure (POF). She had two children with donor eggs. Years later, Sarah realized that the root of her infertility was likely linked to food intolerance and a gut infection.
Sarah is a certified life coach with accreditation from the International Coaches Federation and a health coach with training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Her signature fertility coaching program includes functional lab testing and supports couples to make diet and lifestyle changes that may improve the chances of a healthy pregnancy and baby. She can help support women struggling with miscarriage, recurrent pregnancy loss (RPL) and other fertility issues.
