Rachel earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Sam Houston State University. She received her M.Ed from Grand Canyon University. The former educator maintains close ties with the public education system and utilizes her knowledge and expertise as a previous Education Consultant to create specialized curriculum and instruction. Rachel and her collaborative partners work diligently to help the educational community achieve excellence.
Rachel is co-founder of eightIMPACT, a nonprofit organization that mentors young girls and teaches them the value of self-care, self-esteem, etiquette, conflict resolution, education, and business. She dedicates much of her time to her church, community service, and volunteerism. Rachel lives in Shiro, Texas, with her husband, Randall J. Foy, and her two daughters Mila and Brooklynn.
