This episode of the podcast features trauma coach Amanda Laughton. Tune in to this interview to hear how Amanda overcame a childhood of trauma, the work she's done to experience deep healing, and now how she has turned her experience and life lessons into her own coaching business.
Amanda started out as a yoga instructor but wanted more structure to all the knowledge and wisdom she carried in her head so she could create a more sustainable coaching business to create the lifestyle of her dreams. And now...she's well on her way!
She’s worked with 4 clients and she just started her business back in October!
In this episode we touch on SO many valuable nuggets of wisdom including how Amanda was able to get out of the “victim” mentality that was keeping her depressed, how she was finding no joy in her life to now where she’s over the moon about her life and her new coaching business.
We also talk about the best way to get supported in a recovery journey and how support is so critical. Imposter syndrome was also a topic of discussion for us as we both related significantly to what imposter syndrome does to paralyze us from moving forward with our dreams.
