Courtney Cole: A licensed mental health counselor on managing anxiety and stress management

Courtney Cole, LMHC is a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Rhode Island. As a clinician, she has provided therapy to young adults, children and adolescents both within the community and the private practice setting. Courtney is dedicated to assisting clients who struggle with anxiety disorders such as social anxiety, specific phobias and generalized anxiety as well as obsessive compulsive disorder.
