Donna Diane of Djunah has wrestled with C-PTSD for a long time. She came on Car Con Carne tonight to share her story of treatment, while offering encouragement for others who are struggling. We talked about the stigmas that still exist around discussing mental health and suicide, what C-PTSD is and how we can help support people who are struggling.
