"On All Flesh"......Blessing, or Curse?

We are told in Scripture that Yah's Spirit will be poured out on all flesh. Every knee will bow, and every tongue will confess. Does this mean everybody will be saved in the end? If everybody will be saved in the end, why Obey Scripture now?
