Many people have a difficult time seeing humor as appropriate, much less beneficial in the workplace. While we can all agree there are some situations where humor doesn’t belong- TedX speaker and Humor Engineer, Andrew Tarvin of Humor That Works shows us how the effective use of humor can help us with stress management, better solve problems, improve leadership, and workplace engagement. We had a blast speaking with and learning from Andrew in our conversation, and can promise you that by the end of this episode, you’ll walk away with at least one AHA (and a few hahaha’s) to apply in your workplace and life. Wherever you find yourself listening in, this is a great opportunity to access more levity, experience more joy, and get out of your head to create real connection anywhere.
