In our second program with Colleen we discussed the creation of Employment Tutors, a spin off from Small Business USA that is focused on helping individuals, from college student to senior executives, secure the jobs that they truly have a passion for, and improving their performance in a changing world which they are no longer confident in. In crowded fields with enormous competition, college students often need to gain confidence by better understanding their uniqueness and telling their story better. Colleen’s methodology helps them achieve and boost that skill in person and on paper. She also works with executives at various levels who feel they’re not delivering at the right level for their teams. This is a fascinating discussion with insights that will help a wide range of passionate, business minded individuals, particularly in light of the extreme circumstances we find ourselves dealing with in 2021.
