Sometimes, we have to consciously create a shift in our lives by focusing on what we need specifically for our mental, physical and spiritual energy.
When you become more aware of your energy and figure out why you might be feeling overwhelmed, tired or lacking purpose, you can then take specific actions to increase your mental, physical or spiritual energy. (I share some of my favorite ways to boost all three of these types of energy in the podcast.)
By being conscious of your energy, you not only change how you are feeling and what you are doing but you are able to create more of what you truly want each day.
