In todays podcast I'm taking a look at the 6-figure culture in our online world (particularly in the coaching world) and how it both inspires and pressures business owners to reach for it.
As a business coach, it irritates me no end to see how the 6-figure hustle culture gives the impression that a 6-figure business is 'easy to attain with a simple 10 step coaching programme' blah blah blah.
I take a look at the realities of reaching the heights of a 6-figure business hailed by those experts and gurus as the holy grail of business and look at some questions to ask yourself and other important factors to consider when you are aiming high on the monetary ladder.
It is amazing to see more women in business reaching their financial goals and making the impact they want, but the pressures to achieve can sometimes outweigh the bottom line.
