We also learn from the low points such as disease, illness, weakness, pain and weight challenges, and can grow from these. Fighting hunger, judging your body and other such self-abuse prevents the body from reaching its health, weight and fitness goals. A positive strategy needs to be employed to reach those goals. Loving and nurturing the body is the way to travel along with the body on its metabolic journey. This is the way to transform our food and body challenges, for good.
