Delaying our happiness until we reach a certain goal is so common but here's the kicker...once you reach your goal you MIGHT still be unhappy because the goal does not create a feeling. Your thoughts do. On this episode we go over that (probably too many times haha) and I offer an analogy that relates body goals to money goals that might make sense.
