I am sure you know the feeling. That knowing that you have to do something but you do not really want too. Maybe it is fear holding you back, maybe it will shift you out of your comfort zone and you don't want that or maybe it is not something you ever thought you would have to do.
Just because it is the right thing to do, it doesn't mean that it will easy or that you will like it. It is important though to follow that knowing and take the next step. Listen in!
