Ben is a leader and innovator in the healthcare real estate industry and serves as CEO and Managing Partner at Anchor Health Properties. 

Guided by the Company’s purpose statement and core values, Ben has exponentially grown and diversified Anchor’s offerings into a national, full-service healthcare real estate firm - more than tripling the size of the Company since taking the helm in 2015. Under his stewardship, Anchor has consistently been recognized as one of the Top Outpatient Developers by the industry-leading Revista Outpatient Developer Survey.

Throughout his career, Ben has been dedicated to creating a better healthcare experience for patients, providers, and health systems. Pushing the envelope by thinking critically and creatively to develop innovative ways to tackle new problems, he lends his leadership expertise to thoughtfully generate new facility solutions for today’s healthcare environment.

In addition to being a champion of his family and all things outdoors, Ben continues to be very active within his community – participating in a leadership role within national and local organizations, including the Revista Advisory Board, the James Madison University Finance & Business Law Advisory Board and the Trinity Fellows Program.
