Holy cannoli you guys. I can’t even. I don’t even know what just happened. I recorded this after 2 nights of very little sleep, a tough workout, and a serious amount of writing and logistics.

Here’s the deal:

My dad had an accident. He lives 3,000 miles away. I’m a mom, a business owner, friend, podcast host, and coach.

I had plans for the coming months, both personally and professionally and the majority of those plans just flew right out the window.
