Thomas Fleury is Principal of Executive Management and Business Care, LLC, a small business advisory firm that helps businesses in 2 areas: Marketing, sales and staffing and the creation of new start-up businesses. He is particularly skilled in the identification of unique business propositions for the small business owner which enables them to easily increase sales and revenues.
Tom helped found A4LW, LLC - a small innovative software development company, the Connecticut Business Group - a larger small business consultancy, and was the Founder of the Aspiring Entrepreneurs’ Guild – an interactive site for new entrepreneurs.
Several years ago, he partnered with a former Senior Marketing Executive from Target, Corp. to help run “Small Business USA” a small business “peer to peer” support organization. He is now starting his 4th group where most members have doubled their businesses each year.
Mr. Fleury holds a BS degree in Finance and an MBA in General Business Management - both from the University of Connecticut. He was an active Mentor for CMT International from 2004 to 2009 and was a co-host of the Entrepreneurs Guild’s radio show on the UR Business Network.
