More about Adam, his practice focuses on estate and trust planning, administration, and litigation. Adam has drafted wills, trusts, powers of attorney and medical directives for hundreds of clients and their families. His practice also includes complex trust and tax planning. Additionally, Adam’s experience includes will contest litigation, trust interpretation/modification controversies, real estate ownership disputes, fiduciary duty disputes, rights of heirs, beneficiaries, and legatees and other types of litigation involving estates and trusts. Adam has completed administration for trusts and estates of all sizes, working closely with the fiduciary and beneficiaries.
