I get asked this a lot and I wanted to share what I have learned and what I know about moving through and moving forward when life is hard.
"How do you keep going?"
This question is one that I get asked almost every time someone new hears about our daughter's health crisis and healing journey that has spanned almost three years and isn't anywhere near over yet. It is also a question that I got asked a lot after my baby died and I walked through that loss.
I share in this episode not only how I kept going through these two hard life events (and my own health crisis) but also how you can keep going through hard things too. Listen in!
