Priority and Distraction

This week’s episode is different from what you’ve heard on this show. Inspired by recent events that have occurred around me, this is a good opportunity to discuss time, priorities and distractions. I talk about realizing what’s really important to you, what are your priorities and what distracts you from living in the moment. Sometimes we are not aware that we have limited time on this planet and the importance of how and who we spend our time with can skip through our day to day.
