One of the things we love the most about Walt Disney World is how the Cast Members are empowered to create magic. Whether it’s a friendly greeting, the unexpected gift of a free sticker, or even replacing that balloon you lost on Main Street U.S.A., they’re always ready to go that extra mile. And let’s not forget that the very phrase “Cast Member” was created to emphasize the concept that they are ‘on stage,’ and are just as integral to the magic of the parks as the attractions themselves.
