Welcome back to the RTS podcast. Today, RTS coaches John Garafano and Mike Tuchscherer are talking to Shane Martin of Smart Lifts.
Shane is a bench presser and a powerlifter. He's also a coach, who also happens to be president of the Canadian powerlifting, the largest Federation in Canada.
Shane is someone who has a reputation for being a technician in powerlifting equipment. If you're not familiar, then this podcast would be a great way to understand a little bit more of that aspect of our sport. Shane has helped a lot of lifters develop their technical knowledge develop their competency in powerlifting equipment. And because of his track record and his reputation, a while back, we asked Shane, if he would build a course for us about equipped lifting and it's turned out really fantastic.
