Journaling doesn’t solve your problems, at least not the conventional method of how most Stressed Out Successes use journaling.
Don't get me wrong, it certainly provides momentary relief and the occasional AHA, but when we don't resolve the deeper WHY behind the problem, typically, the problem resurfaces wearing a new suit of clothes.
