Sindre Langhelle, known professionally as Rocky Kramer, is a Norwegian-American guitarist, singer, songwriter, composer, and bandleader from Trondheim, who is now based in Los Angeles, California. In 2018, Kramer became more widely known when he headlined the Seattle Hempfest.
