Simply put, the Human Design chart is a map of your mind, body, and soul. It shows you how you’re expressing yourself authentically and whether you’re living what your life chart is saying. If you’re out of alignment, that’s when diseases could start to occur – because you’re not in a healthy state when you’re not being authentic.
By knowing and understanding your human design, you get clarity around what you want out of your life, and you have this transformative tool to turn your pain into purpose. Your purpose doesn't come from a formula, nor does it come from just figuring it out. But it naturally arises when you're being true to yourself.
