A lot of people want something different to what they’re already experiencing in life - more happiness, more peace, less stress, more money, more freedom.
They WANT it, but their dominant thought is actually in opposition to the thing they want.
Desire: I want more money. Dominant thought: No-one will buy from me, I’m a nobody. I haven’t got time to finish my offer. Social media is too crowded now!
Desire: I want to be fit. Dominant thought: Urgh I’ve tried everything, nothing works. I’m too busy and too tired to workout anyway. I’m going to treat myself to something naughty tonight!
Desire: I want to be in love. Dominant thought: I’m such a loser. Who could love me. Love like what I see in the movies isn’t even real anyway! Maybe I should just settle and be done with it?
You might know this already but today I want to impress on you the sheer importance of adopting this new way of thinking in your day to day life.
Everyone wakes up with fear, doubt, concerns. It’s human nature. The second you open your eyes, you’re faced with a choice: Listen to those thoughts and act from that place; or, change your thoughts, and therefore your focus, and act from that place!
It sounds surprising but this can take months and sometimes years to master.
So, we don’t have a second longer to delay.
