Contentment comes by way of:

Understanding our limitations. Managing our expectations. Abiding in Jesus. Knowing God. Taking our pain to God. Offloading our desires onto God.

Contentment brings about:

Thanksgiving. A lifestyle whereby we live within our means. A relinquishing of control. A reduced anxiety about tomorrow.
