The world right now is revolving and shifting at such a speed that it feels so uncertain, scary, and heavy. How do you keep your center and not get swept up by the swirl? Right now, our collective is moving through massive change and upheaval. Some of that, of course, needs immediate attention. But, there is also an inner process of change in response to what we’re seeing out there. In this episode, I share some of the ways to stay calm, grounded, and centered. Also, let this episode remind you to acknowledge your feelings and take the appropriate action.
