Perhaps you have a bookkeeper or accountant, you probably have a team of sales staff, and maybe work with a buyer or agent to source your stock. However, for lots of retail CEOs Marketing is your self-appointed domain.
Whilst you can balance your two roles you're undoubtedly saving yourself the expense of two wages. But how much is your business losing when you suddenly find you don't have time to complete all those marketing tasks you have on your plate?
