Our clients are working to expand their practice with other sources of revenue, and work smarter and more efficiently within their one-to-one practice, with hybrid models, small group coaching models, and all kinds of things.
In today’s episode, I’m chatting with Ariel Johnston, RD and we're talking about launching a program imperfectly, getting it out in the world, even while growing little humans inside the belly.
Listen in as Ariel shares her story, the thought process she put into developing her own program, and what worked for her. She is going to encourage you to “just do it!” in this episode, so get ready to take your own imperfect action.
About Ariel Johnston:
Ariel is a Kansas City native, cooking instructor, eating disorder awareness advocate, Intuitive Eating dietitian, self-care promoter, and mom to the cutest fur baby.
Her passion for cooking & baking came from her mom, who encouraged her to try any recipe (and didn’t mind a little mess in the kitchen). Skip ahead a few years and she became a registered dietitian & discovered what really lights her up is being able to talk to people about what they eat. And more than that helping people own their bodies and feel confident about what they eat and using an Intuitive Eating approach.
