When I was a kid, I was pretty go-with-the-flow. Even if something happened that I wasn't expecting that day (say, a trip to the ER for my asthma), I remember not being thrown off or being mad or upset. It was more observing that my day was interesting, and that something unexpected happened. I never felt any need to get upset over a routine being interrupted or even worried about things that still needed to get done.
I've let adult life take over, though, and even though I still am pretty easygoing, my level of go-with-the-flow isn't exactly where it was when I was a kid.
And lately, this message of surrender keeps popping up for me in multiple ways. So today we explore if it's possible to get back to that level, to really fully surrender, and I pulled a few cards to cement the message.
