About Celine:
I am Celine, a trilingual registered dietitian based in Montreal, Quebec. I have been working in this field for the past 14 years and the science of nutrition keeps amazing me. My personal and professional experience has allowed me to develop over the years clinical expertise and public speaking.
I have the Fodmap certification from Monash University which allows me to help a lot of clients with IBS, gastrointestinal problems, and endometriosis. However, my main expertise involves nutrition management of fertility problems and women’s health. In the past years, I became very much involved in understanding how nutrition can affect the ability to conceive and hormone health. The truth, infertility affected my life on both a personal and professional level. This was a big motivator to dig deep and further my understanding of how nutrition and the food we eat affect fertility and hormone health. Therefore, I did training in functional management of infertility and extensive research on the subject. I discovered that our diet can have a significant impact on our fertility, on reproductive conditions and on the success of fertility treatments. Not only do I help couples improve their fertility but also, I started teaching health professionals how to help their clients as well.
