Cords are normal--they are not automatically negative. They form ANYTIME we interact with other people, places, situations, etc.
However, cords can affect us that are formed out of fear, or have otherwise negative energy attached to them or are simply holding you back (for example, continuous thoughts about an ex or old friend that definitely doesn't belong in your head anymore!).
