Erin Kuta, MPH, RD, LDN is the owner of Embodied Nutrition, a nutrition practice offering in-person and virtual services for those experiencing disordered eating and body image concerns. Erin received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire and her Master of Public Health in Nutrition from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she also completed her dietetic internship. During that internship, she was introduced to the world of eating disorder treatment and her passion for this work was born. She believes that full recovery is possible, from the countless recoveries she has witnessed as a provider and from her own lived experience. She utilizes an evidenced-based non-diet approach along with Intuitive Eating, Health at Every Size, and Trauma-Informed principles.
