We underestimate the power of the beliefs we have about what's in our closets and how they make us feel, and the impact (good or bad) that can have on how we show up in our lives and businesses.
In this episode we dive into what Jenny Zook believes is the trifecta of confidence: how we look, how we think, and how we feel.
Join us for a conversation about why what's in your closet matters, letting go of what doesn't serve you and feeling good in your own skin.
Jenny Zook is a teacher, turned mom of twins, who found herself a bit lost after becoming a mom. She went on a journey to rediscover herself and bring confidence back into her life using wellness, fashion, and mindset as a vehicle to get there. She has a passion to help busy women live a life where they embody the skin they are in, cultivate confidence with ease, and have a desire to do these things without feeling like it’s extra. She's the founder of the Confidence Collective where I teaches her signature method, Shab to Chic, as a way to approach the three pillars that impact our confidence: how we look, feel, and think!
