It's pretty clear that while technology continues to evolve at an increasingly rapid pace, the things that are human about us (our bodies, our emotional responses, our brains, etc.) have largely remained the same for ages. Our understanding of how we work has changed and definitely improved, but I believe we need to stop expecting ourselves to keep up with this rapid pace of everything else.
Instead of looking for a new normal, or even returning to the most recent "normal," what if we acknowledged that there were some things we may have had right already even hundreds or thousands of years ago?
What if these practices like Reiki and other forms of energy healing are actually the way to get to the ROOT of our physical, emotional, and spiritual issues? What if all these advancements are just masking things instead of healing us?
