We all know that consuming social media can have a negative effect on our energy. But what about other types of media like tv, movies, music, magazines, etc.?
Don't worry--we're not here for the "it's all evil" argument, BUT the KIND of tv and movies you watch, the lyrics or even tones in the songs you listen to, the celebrity gossip in the magazines...it can all have a negative effect on your energy, literally draining it from you, if it's predominantly sad, scary, violent, etc.
I'm proposing it simply as an area of your life to consider looking at if you feel like something in your energy is off, but you can't seem to figure out what.
