As we approach the end of 2022 and head into holiday season, it can be harder than ever to stay motivated. This is exactly where I'm at in my life and with my business right now and I've brainstormed a few tools and tips that can help maintain motivation during the holiday season. These range from my finding your why and getting clear on your goals for the end of the year, to making sure that you schedule holidays for yourself! We also discuss how to plan ahead with holiday events and work to make sure that you don't burnout.
