Lisa Ware graduated from Harvard with a B.A. in Neurobiology. After school, she worked as a research assistant at the Department of Molecular Neurobiology. During this time she co-authored publications on nerve regeneration, and developed and administered new personnel training processes, reducing training time by 75%. In 1994 she decided to change career paths and went back to school to earn an MBA.
