— As long as the patterns of conditioning remain uncovered, painful cycles may repeat. In order to heal yourself, it's important to do integrated work, ask the empowering questions, and follow where it leads — which is usually your parent or someone who raised you. When you get there, forgive them and yourself and let go of whatever it is that you need to let go of. You will then begin to think differently about your life, some aspects of it and start a new path of growth and renewal.

Hilda’s passion for mental health and mindset started when she had gone through her own battles with mental health. She had learned to do meditation and yoga over 20 years ago and discovered the impact it had on her self-awareness. Hilda’s experience with mental health and the mindset made her dive deeper into the healing arts so she could help guide others to feeling better. Hilda studied energy healing as she journeyed into the healing arts. Then on day someone introduced her to hypnotherapy and learned the science of the mind and she was sold. Hilda studied hypnotherapy and opened her own practice. Through this work she discovered how important it is for people to discover the power of the subconscious mind and their own mindset to create shifts in their lives. Hilda uses hypnotherapy and mindset coaching as it is imperative to the wellbeing and discovering our mental patterns. Hilda’s unique talent are her intuitive and inquisitive mind that hones in on the actual issue causing the symptoms. Hilda practices mindset and meditation as a daily lifestyle and it has completely changed how she views the world. She hopes with her experience to educate and help other help understand their own patterns to the shift.
