There are so many quotes that refer to comfort zones and how they're 'bad', and although I'd never say that, I do agree that the magic doesn't happen inside them. You need to look beyond for that.
On this episode of the podcast, I chat about comfort, stretch and danger zones and how I've been doing a lot to grow my comfort zone by operating a lot of the time in the stretch zone. Maybe even tiptoeing along that line between stretch and danger (I'm a daredevil at heart!).
