Everyone always says that you have to do cardiovascular exercise to get lean. Resistance training really doesn't burn that many calories, right? Well...what if we just weren't measuring that calorie burn correctly. Today's research article calls this whole area into question and provided a perfect basis to discuss the old right tool for the job saying. Maybe there are some things in exercise and nutrition that do exist, we simply just don't yet know the right way to measure them.
