Welcome back to another episode of RNT Fitness Radio. Today I’m joined by Paula Hallam, the owner of Tiny Tots Nutrition and Plant Based Kids. She’s a Registered Dietitian with 20 years experience, working in both the NHS and private healthcare settings as well as consulting to charities and some of the world’s best Children’s Hospitals. Paula has also completed additional training in paediatric nutrition and dietetics at Masters level both in the UK and South Africa.
When I mentioned Paula was coming on, we had a flood of questions from you guys, so in this episode I’ve done my best to cover all the topics you’ve asked for.
