Hanson has now teamed up with Quebec micro-brewery La Trou du Diable to release Punk Rauch, a smoked lager beer in the Bavarian tradition. We caught up with Hanson at the Montreal launch party for his beer, after a few too many “samples” of the great Punk Rauch.
We discuss the inspiration for his beer, the micro-brew craze of the last few years, the poison of the big brewers, and the future of No Means No.
