A general practice attorney is similar to a general practice physician in that they address issues that do not require a specialist. They provide a primary level of legal services for commonly occurring legal issues and make referrals to specialists for more complex issues (appeals of cases, rare facts, unusual issues, etc.). We call this series its title because we do love law! Seriously.

We address some of the basics of what a lawsuit is (filing court documents with court clerk) versus what it is not (phone calls, letters, threats to file a lawsuit in the future if the credit card balance is not paid).
