A Historic event in New Castle!!! NCTV45 was on hand for the official dedication ceremony of the state marker for the very first Warner Bros. Theatre on Mill St. in New Castle on June 26th. The PA Historical & Museum Commission along with the Historic Warner Cascade Theatre Trustees, many local dignitaries, people from many states and the countries of Australia, England and Ireland and local citizens were there to witness the unveiling.
