Frank began his career in Labor Relations Consulting, then after a brief time in Venezuela returned to the US to begin a 40-year entrepreneurial journey in the metal finishing business. When that company closed in 2023, he began a new venture in M&A, focusing on acquiring businesses, largely in the manufacturing space. Frank enjoys discussing business with entrepreneurs which has also led to some consulting, helping owners improve their operations.
