On today's show I'm talking with Mario Colao. Mario's story starts with very self-destructive behavior which ultimately lead him to suffer a near fatal heart attack in the middle of the night alone in his bedroom at the age of 28.
What he did after that is truly inspirational. So much so that his story went viral and he was even a guest on “The Doctors” to share his story with a national television audience. Mario's down to earth, funny and very real style of communicating make his journey something that can and has inspired people to change.
Mario shares some really motivational ideas and provides an example that anyone can follow to achieve great things.
