I met Naomi when I first started out as a trainer. If you meet her and person, you're captivated by her smile and her ability to command the presence of a room. She's a wonderfully curvy fit chick who knows her way around a weight room!
I caught up with Naomi via Skype (because that's how Busy Chicks roll!) and she gave super advice that you won't want to miss, especially if you're just starting out your journey this New Year. I was very surprised to hear about just how she stays on top of her game, and the one thing she MUST do in order to have her perfect day.
