“You have to be growing faster than your business!” Soon is a multi-talented entrepreneur who embraces that quote by operating diverse purpose-driven businesses across North America and Europe. Her story begins when she was four and her family fled Saigon at the end of the Vietnam War. Today her accomplishments include strategy development for some of the world’s top brands. A believer in “doing well by doing good”, Soon is also passionate about crafting and leveraging volunteer and non-profit organizations.
