Without question, this is one of the most powerful interviews I’ve ever had the privilege of recording.
Beyond being a National Account Manager at T. Rowe Price, Sheila Callahan is one of the most authentic, open, and curious people I’ve ever known.
After hearing these stories—while we sat in a car together, and after a fruitful trip to a local thrift store—I had to get Sheila on the podcast.
Through the interview, she goes into great detail about what it really takes to succeed as a woman in business, regardless of industry. The rawness and authenticity of her strategies are useful whether you’re a man or a woman.
Beyond her role at T. Rowe Price, Sheila is a mom (soon to be empty-nester), wife of 29 years. She started her career in the investment business as an administrative assistant and takes a lot of pride in the trajectory her career has taken over the last 20 years.
When she’s not working, you can find her cooking up something tempting in the kitchen or in the gym, trying to counterbalance the effects of her foodie tendencies.
If you got something meaningful out of listening, please share this podcast with your colleagues, boss, friends, and anyone you think will benefit.
